2008 Pius X Girls Tennis Team

My gratitude goes to each and every one of the girls who tried out for the tennis team this year. Everybody worked hard and gave it her best shot. Please don’t give up if you didn’t make the cut this year. Keep practicing. The more you play, the better you get. And you have nothing to lose. Tennis is a game you can play all of your life, and I would like to see you again at tryouts next spring.

If the weather cooperates, practice will be outdoors at either Pius or Woods. Dress appropriately and bring your water bottle. We will begin with a team meeting in Coach Rodaway’s classroom at 3:30.
