On Wednesday, March 22, students in AP Physics (PACE) and Accelerated Physics will be participating in the 29th annual Pius X Machine Contest. Teams of students are building machines with at least 20 different steps that will TURN A PAGE OF A BOOK.

The contest is a fun way for students to express their creativity as they attempt to solve a problem. The teams will be judged on their ingenuity and on whether their machine successfully completes the task. Everyone is invited to this year’s contest, which will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the new gym.
