Graduation Information-updated March 12, 2026

Seniors & Parents, an email was sent to parents on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, with information regarding end of the year events, such as, senior/parent mass & breakfast, graduation and the post-graduation party! The 2026 Graduation Form requires a response by Wednesday, March 18, 2026 and is done online. If you did not receive this email, check your Junk/Spam folders. If it is not there please contact, Sandy Hartman at sandy-hartman@cdolinc.net. The letter that includes the 2026 Graduation Form link is listed below:

Post-graduation party! If you did NOT sign up for the Post-graduation party and would like to attend, please email Carla Kruml at carla-kruml@cdolinc.net to register. THEN, fill out the waiver.  The parent must sign the waiver even if the student is 18. Post Graduation Waiver

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL SENIORS/PLEASE READ:DUE DATE: April 17, 2026. If a senior is awarded a scholarship from a college or an outside scholarship from a business, we need a copy of those scholarships to include in the graduation program. Even if you are NOT attending a particular college but you applied to it and received a scholarship offer, we want all offers. We will take the scholarship offer in one of two ways: 1.) bring a copy of the scholarship to the Counseling Center. It needs the student’s name, name of the school/or company sponsoring the scholarship, the amount of scholarship and if it is renewable. You will not receive this back so bring a copy or we will make a copy for you. 2.) Email an attached copy of the scholarship to sandy-hartman@cdolinc.net. Mrs. Hartman will confirm she received the scholarship. By April 27, parents and seniors will receive individualized an email indicating the scholarships that will be printed in the graduation program. At that point, senior/parent needs to let Sandy Hartman know if anything is missing or there is an error. We need any corrections by Friday, May 1. Our graduation program will go to print so these dates are firm. We will not include offers to schools you did NOT apply to. Many colleges have started sending a letter/email saying if you apply you might get X amount of dollars in scholarship money.

    • NOTE ON GRADUATION – No one will go through the graduation ceremony unless they have completed all of the following graduation requirements: Completed 230 credits of course work, passed required classes, attended four faith retreats and completed 36 hours of service.

    • Graduation for the Class of 2026 is Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 1:30pm at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Parents will receive an email in March regarding graduation, senior-parent mass & breakfast, post-graduation party for seniors and more.
