Volunteer Award Nomination Form

Each year we recognize one outstanding volunteer who makes valuable contributions of time and talent to Pius X High School. Help us recognize volunteers who go above and beyond by nominating them for the Volunteer of the Year Award. The award recipient will be recognized at a reception in September.
