Favorite place on campus: I enjoyed being in the commons because there I was able to hang out and talk with my friends that I didn’t have classes with.
Activities at Pius X: PXNS Broadcast station Freshman and Sophomore year. Super Smash Bros Club.
What is/was your favorite class at Pius X, and why?
I really enjoyed my Multimedia Apps and Introduction to Programming classes because they taught me how to work with computers, which I want to pursue as a career.
How has your faith impacted your education, or how has your education impacted your faith?
I really struggled during the pandemic. Not being in school and not having that Pius connection daily was really difficult. I really leaned on my faith to help me through it. Having a catholic education helps me stay close with God.
What are you most proud of about your time at Pius X?
Pius helped me adjust to life in high school, especially my social anxiety. Social interaction is difficult for me. I am so appreciative of the friends I have made and for Mrs. Frazier, Mrs. Dworak, Mr. Schlautman, and Mr. Isaacs for helping me feel comfortable at Pius.
Where are your plans after high school (college, military, job, etc.)? What do you plan to study?
After high school I plan to attend Southeast Community College and study computer information technology. After that I will either join the work force or continue my education at the University of Nebraska Lincoln in computer sciences.
