Pius X has won the state’s highest honor for publications: TWICE!
At the Nebraska High School Press Association convention this morning, we learned that last year’s yearbook and newspaper both earned Cornhusker Awards! This is the highest award a publication can earn at the state level.
We believe this is the first time a Pius X newspaper has ever earned this award. And by earning two Cornhuskers in the same year, we also joined a small group of schools in earning the All-Nebraska Award.
