Student Dances

School dances are a social events for students, and can serve as a fundraiser for certain groups. Staff and parent volunteers ensure each dance is safe and appropriate. School policies apply regarding behavior and attire.

Tickets are not issued for entry into dances. Pius X students should bring their school ID card and/or take a picture of their school ID card to show upon entry. Outside guests must be pre-registered and have photo ID (school ID or drivers license) to enter the dance. Each student will check-in before being allowed to enter the dance area.

Students’ arrival and early departure are tracked, with parents receiving a phone call if a student leaves a dance before it concludes.
