- Auction - Saturday, April 20, 5-11 p.m.
- Clean-Up - Sunday, April 21, 9 am-12 pm
Set-Up
Friday, April 26, 10 am-2 pm
Help set up event decorations and prepare the silent auction tables.

Check-In
Saturday, April 27, 4-7:30 pm
Welcome and check in guests using event software.

Check-Out
Saturday, April 27, 7:30-11 pm
Check out guests and finalize payments.

Valet Parking
Saturday, April 27, First Shift: 4:30-8:30 pm, Second Shift: 8:30 pm-12:30 am
Valet park the night of BOLT (must be 21 years of age and have a clean driving record for three years).

Auction
Saturday, April 27, 5-11 pm
Organize auction items for pick-up and retrieve items for winning bidders.

Clean-up
Sunday, April 28, 9 am-12 pm
Help tear down and clean up after the event.
