Seniors decorate uniforms for last day

The seniors’ last day was a bittersweet day full of decorative uniforms and happy smiles.

Students got the opportunity to paint their uniform with mascots and logos from their future college or university.

“I like that I got to express what school I am going to in a fun and new way,” senior Blair Bergevin said.

This allowed the seniors to see what schools their classmates are going to.

“I am going to UNL, and it is just kind of fun to see everyone else that is going to the same school as me,” senior Frances Nebel said.

Seniors were able to bond with their friends while painting their uniforms.

“I had so much fun painting my uniform with my friends, and it was a beautiful day outside,” Nebel said.

Some students got creative with their artwork and drew things specific to the field they are going into.

“I decided to add a heart and some Band-Aids to represent that I am going into the nursing field,” senior Cali Meents said.

Entering into their last day of school, seniors were full of emotions.

“It is kind of crazy on the last day of school, but I am so glad to be done,” senior Hayden Harnisch said. “I am also sad that I won’t see everyone again.”
