Student Council Incoming Freshman Application

This application is for an Incoming Freshman wishing to be a part of the Pius X Student Council.
Please read the “Election Information” page before continuing this application. It can be found on the Student Council Website or using THIS LINK.
To apply, you must complete the online “Student Council Incoming Freshman” application. This application is due at 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2022.
You also will need three teacher evaluations. These evaluations can be found on the Student Council website or using THIS LINK. These evaluations must be completed online by your teachers. Teachers should complete these evaluations by 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2022. Applicants are responsible for emailing the evaluation forms to their teachers and ensuring they have been completed.
Applications will be reviewed, and an email will be sent out at noon Sunday, April 10, 2022, asking applicants to sign up for Interviews. Interviews will take place from April 11^th to April 13^th. Time slots will be available each day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Ten freshmen, Student Council members, will be accepted; the list will be emailed out at 3:25 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2022.
