Bill Swope (1983) was promoted to Survey/Geospatial Technical Leader for Halff Associates, Inc., of Richardson, Texas in June 2023. Bill is a Certified Photogrammetrist through the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) and helps oversee the Geospatial Group within the Survey Practice at Halff. In addition, Bill is the former Director of the Professional Practice Division at ASPRS and former Chair of the Technical Director Division Council. In 2019 he was voted the Geospatial Professional of the Year by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors.
